A Châteauneuf-inspired white blend from Yangarra’s Blewitt Springs estate. The Grenache Blanc is pressed to tank, and the rest is basket pressed and matured on lees in used French barrels for six months. Expect pear, apple, almond meal, a hint of aniseed and gentle white pepper spice. It’s less about fruit and more about texture: fleshy, juicy and nutty with plenty of minerality.
