The Grenache is hand-picked from 60 year old vines in Herne Hill. Fruit is chilled overnight before processing and fermented with wild-yeast and 30% whole bunches. The focus is on elegance over extraction, with one gentle plunge each day. Aged on fine lees for 10 months on older oak. Wild aromas of pomegranate, strawberry, dried roses and blood orange lead to a savoury, textured palate with creamy mouthfeel and fine tannins.
