Amaro Montenegro is a traditional amaro or bitter liqueur that is made in Bologna, Italy, from a secret blend of 40 botanicals. It has a bittersweet, floral, and herbaceous flavor, and is named after Princess Elena of Montenegro, who married the future King of Italy in 1896.
