Rescued 100kg of Carnarvon mangoes destined for landfill - rejected by major retailers for being too small or too blemished.

Those mangoes were distilled alongside juniper and coriander, with lavender and ginger grown in Greg’s backyard, all brought together in a single small-batch distillation. From the run, kept only the heart of the hearts - the cleanest, most expressive cut of the spirit.

The result is a bright, tropical gin with natural mango lift, gentle spice, and a soft floral edge - vibrant and balanced.

Only 100 bottles exist. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
