Ca’ La Bionda Valpolicella Classico Superiore “Casal Vegri” is an organic, single-vineyard red wine from the Valpolicella region in Veneto, Italy. Around 70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella (with other native varieties like Molinara). Sourced from the high-altitude (150–300m) east-facing Casal Vegri plot featuring rocky limestone and clay soils. Aged for roughly 18 months in large oak barrels (30hl) with a small portion in barriques, followed by further bottle aging.
