The Quintessence Single Malt Whisky was exclusively crafted by Old Kempton Distillery and matured in small 20L Australian Tawny Casks until ready to savour. The complexity of the whisky was further evolved in 300L and 500L exclusive and rare Tawny Port casks from the heart of the Douro Valley, Portugal. The result of Quintessence is a complex, rose gold Tasmanian Whisky with notes of coconut, nutmeg and poached pears. Awarded Bronze at the 2022 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
