Del Professore The Fighting Bear is an artisanal London Dry Gin produced in Italy through a collaboration between Antica Distilleria Quaglia and the creators of Rome's Jerry Thomas Speakeasy. 

Bold and oily juniper on the nose with herbaceous, balsamic, and floral-citrus notes on the finish. The name and label pay homage to the 19th-century American bar culture and legendary bartender Jerry "The Professor" Thomas, referencing historic sporting events and spectacles of the era.
