Domaine Gour de Chaulé Gigondas "Les Jardinières" is a traditional, organic red wine from the Gigondas appellation in the southern Rhône Valley of France.

Typically around 80% Grenache, with the remainder split between Syrah and Mourvèdre. Sourced from 24 parcels (spanning about 10 hectares) combining high-altitude sandy/marl soils (safres) that bring aromatic finesse and lower-slope red clays that provide depth.

Certified organic (Ecocert), harvested manually without destemming (often using whole clusters/bunches), aged in a mix of large oak foudres and cement tanks for about 18 months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
