Made from vines over 55 years old, grown across sandy, silty, and clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested whole clusters, roughly a 3-week maceration, and aged for 18 months (70% in concrete vats and 30% in old large oak foudres), bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Deep garnet color with a nose of ripe red berries, garrigue, dried herbs, and sweet spices; the palate is broad, fruit-driven, and structured by silky tannins and a saline freshness.
