Bright straw colour with rose gold edges. Intensely scented aromas of hazelnuts and flor yeast rise out of the glass followed by almonds and faint dried fruit notes. Light and very dry on the palate with nutty, flor and oyster shell characters complimented by a subtle salty tang and fresh finish.
