An orange/skin-contact white from Domaine Milan (Famille Milan), one of Provence's original natural wine estates — based in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the foothills of the Alpilles, on the rare blue clay soils that make their whites so distinctive.

Luna & Gaia (named for the estate's two dogs — Luna a white Jack Russell, Gaïa a black Labrador) blends Vermentino, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, given three weeks on skins with gentle daily pump-overs before pressing. The result is grippy and lively, with mandarin, orange peel and spice framed by a distinctly saline edge. Farmed biodynamically, made with minimal intervention. A textural, food-friendly white for anyone who likes their wine with a bit of edge.
