An unblended, single-solera Amontillado from one of Jerez's most respected small houses. Begun as a Fino aged under flor, then re-fortified and moved into an oxidative solera for further ageing. Amber in colour, with a complex nose of hazelnut, toasted almond, dried fruit and a touch of orange peel. Bone-dry on the palate with bright acidity and a long, nutty finish. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif with almonds, olives or aged cheese.
