100% Syrah from a single vineyard in the Cornas appellation, “Les Grands Mûriers” sits on soils of decomposed granite (locally known as “gore”) blended with clay-limestone and alluvial sediments. The wine is vinified with careful attention to extraction, then matured for 12-14 months in oak barrels.

The resulting wine is one of depth and structure. On the nose it offers ripe fruit aromas—raspberry, blackcurrant and hints of jam—followed by morello cherry and blackberry tones. The palate is dense, with firm, concentrated tannins balanced by spicy undertones and a finish of good persistence. Ideal for pairing with hearty meats or dishes that can stand up to its power.
