Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin is a bright, aromatic, and fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by the distillery’s adventures making gin with Japanese friends. The gin has a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat, and grapefruit aromatics, while the addition of finger lime adds some deeper citrus character.
