The Robert Weil Kiedricher Riesling Trocken is a premium, village-level (Ortswein) dry white produced by the renowned Weingut Robert Weil estate in Germany’s Rheingau region.

Sourced from younger vines and first-picked parcels across top classified hillside estate vineyards (including Gräfenberg, Turmberg, Klosterberg, and Wasseros). Typically aged in a combination of stainless steel (about two-thirds) and large traditional wooden casks (Doppelstückfass).

Ideal with grilled prawns, roast chicken, charcuterie, or lighter fish and seafood dishes. A bone dry drop featuring lively acid and tremendous texture. Has notes of apricot pip, lemon zest, light spice, and wet stone.
