Forest Rabbit is inspired by Boskeun, an Easter seasonal beer released annually by Belgium’s De Dolle Brouwers for the last 40 years. A big, amber-coloured beer featuring malty-sweet, light honey and nutty notes along with spicy notes from the Belgian yeast. The perfect pairing with hot cross buns.
