Jolif Chardonnay, a 2025 Chardonnay made from grapes grown in South Australia’s Southern Margaret River region. The wine is the result of 20 years of experience, careful vineyard management, and a strong focus on craftsmanship.

In terms of flavour, it is bright, layered, and subtly complex, with nutty and savoury aromas alongside white flowers, pink grapefruit, green citrus, and a hint of ginger and oak. On the palate, it has white peach and pink grapefruit flavours, balanced acidity, and a fine, textured finish.

Overall, the wine is elegant and refined, with enough complexity to develop further as it ages. A true Margaret River classic.
