Grisette is a historic beer from Belgium’s southern Hainaut province and was originally brewed to quench the thirst of local miners. Slow Lane's take on the style keeps to traditional recipes, utilising a large amount of wheat and keeping the ABV low to achieve a light and refreshing brew. German and Czech hops contribute moderate bitterness with floral and spicy notes rounded out by yeast driven fruity esters.
