A bright, straw-yellow white blend from Galicia's historic Ribeiro DO, built around Palomino, Torrontés and Treixadura fruit grown in the Avia and Miño valleys. Medium-high intensity aromatics of tropical and stone fruit sit alongside fresh cut herbs, leading to a fresh, well-balanced, easy-drinking palate. Great with shellfish, white fish and traditional Galician cheeses.
