This maritime single malt whisky is a Limited Release in support of the Great Southern Reef Foundation.

Made, matured & bottled at Waubs Harbour Distillery on the east coast of Tasmania, just metres from the ocean and covered in salty air.

This Limited Release was matured in ex-Apera Sherry casks and finished in 40 year old ex-Tawny Port casks from Murray Street, bringing a lovely salted caramel backbone, enhanced by the Apera stewed fruits, with a complexity and depth that only an aged fortified can provide.

Bottled at 43% ABV and never to be repeated. Available in Australia only.

The Great Southern Reef Foundation are an incredibly passionate team who are raising awareness and stewardship of the interconnected system of reef that stretches around southern Australia and Tasmania and partner with local organisations to fight against the impact of climate change.
