Sourced from the original 1971 vines, the vineyard operates under strict organic and biodynamic principles, aiming for carbon-negative, sustainable excellence. Typically led by Cabernet Sauvignon (around 90%–94%), supported by smaller percentages of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, and occasionally Petit Verdot.
