Touraize is a natural wine grower producer in the winemaking appellation of Arbois, in the Jura region of France. This white is 100% Savagnin, grown on blue marl soils of their plots Petit Curoulet and La Chenaillotte. It features a nice flinty reduction and a creamy, peppery finish.
