A maritime climate and the cooling influence of the Southern Ocean gives this Syrah a pretty cool-climate lift. Black cherry and peppery, herbal notes are accompanied by subtle wildflower tones. These floral notes are thanks to the small percentage of co-fermented Viognier, which adds extra dimension to the blend.
