Weizenbocks are a style of strong German wheat beer that can vary in colour from golden to dark brown depending on the malts used. You can imagine it as a supercharged version of a Hefeweizen. It has the banana and clove notes from the yeast, supported by malt sweetness. Hazy in appearance and pouring with a delicious creamy head of foam.
