Rob and Genevieve Mann bring decades at the top of WA winemaking (Cape Mentelle, Howard Park, Newton Vineyard in Napa) to this homecoming label. The fruit comes from Rocket's Vineyard in the Swan Valley — dry-grown and organically farmed, hand-planted by Rob and his father over 30 years ago. Wild-fermented with a touch of neutral French oak and extended lees time, it's waxy and textural with green apple, honeydew and a saline, sea-spray finish.
