Bernard Defaix Chablis is a dry, crisp, mineral-driven 100% Chardonnay white wine produced by the certified organic family estate Domaine Bernard Defaix in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France.

Founded in 1959 and run today by brothers Sylvain and Didier Defaix (representing the fourth generation), the estate spans 27 hectares and is recognized for its certified organic farming practices. Fermented using wild yeasts and aged in stainless steel or glass-lined tanks rather than heavy oak, preserving the pure, fresh character of the regional terroir. Many of their bottles also utilize screwcaps to maintain freshness.
