The most fruit driven of the Loewen GG’s, but that’s not to say purely fruit driven. Nettles, buttered mushrooms, clove and flint, cut through by lime marmalade, green apple, ruby grapefruit, green mango and honey. Supple and rich, almost full bodied, with hints of almond paste and ginger. Quite open and silky, with plenty of acidity. About as refined as they come.
