The Cahors Heritage from Chateau du Cedre is a more serious, grown up look at Malbec at a steal of a price. Its dark colour gives you a little idea of what to expect within - blue and black berries, a bit of plumminess, firm tannin and a backbone of spice. If you like your Malbecs big and ballsy, look no further. It'll give Argentinian Malbecs a run for their money.
