This Nebbiolo was macerated for 5-7 days in rotary fermenters, then matured for 24 months in French barriques before settling in stainless steel for six months. Finally, it is bottled unfined/unfiltered and left to age for another 12 months.

The finished wine is bursting with classic Barolo aromatics - dried roses, cherries, black currant, tobacco and prosciutto. The palate unfolds with rich, dry black and red fruits and big, ripe tannins. The finish is a complex melody of cranberry, morello cherry, caramel earthiness, tobacco, dried roses, and a refreshing minerality that will leave you begging for more!
