This wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Malbec blend. Fermented as small parcels with manual punch downs, the mainly free run must finishes fermenting in French barriques. The wine is unfined and minimally filtered to enhance body and retain the fine-grained tannins.
