This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Fermented as small parcels with manual punch downs, the mainly free run must finishes ferment in French barriques. The wine is unfined and minimally filtered to enhance body and retain the fine grained tannins.
