The Fumey Chatelain Pinot Noir comes from 2 separate vineyards in Arbois and Les Grands Champs, in Montigny-les-arsures. Oh so pretty, it’s about 70% free run and 30% juice squeezed from the pressings. Lighter and more elagant than a Burgundy, with heaps of minerality and blackberries alongside lovely texture, tannin and structure.
