Pale straw with a green hue. The nose has a sea-spray freshness. Grapefruit, pear and white nectarine notes are complemented by hints of jasmine, lemon sherbet, smoky hazelnut, nougat and brioche. Medium-bodied in weight with fleshy stonefruit flavours driving the palate. Fresh lemon/lime acidity provides line and tension; the saline finish is crisp and persistent.
