This lovely, rounded SSB blend has a fresh and citrusy bouquet with sliced apple, gooseberry fool, lemon curd and blackcurrant notes accompanied by hints of crushed herbs and beeswax. Light to medium-bodied with a gorgeously rounded, textural mouthfeel; the palate is a riper expression of the nose with white peach, lime and grapefruit flavours intermingling with subtle hints of passionfruit, fennel and salinity.
