Champagne Laherte Frères "Les Vignes d'Autrefois" is an artisanal, single-parcel Extra Brut champagne made entirely from old-vine, massal-selection Pinot Meunier.

"Les Vignes d'Autrefois" translates to "the vines of another time," honoring old vines planted between 1947 and 1964 using massal selection (non-clonal planting), which includes some ungrafted vines.

Fermented and aged for about seven months in old Burgundy oak barrels with blocked malolactic fermentation, followed by roughly 30 months of aging on the lees in the bottle. Features a very low dosage (around 2 to 3 grams per liter), offering high tension, vibrant acidity, iodine minerality, and rich spiced orchard fruit or red berry notes.
