Lavantureux Vau de Vey Chablis is a dry, mineral-driven white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes by the family-run Domaine Roland Lavantureux in Burgundy, France.

Grown on Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils packed with tiny fossilized oyster shells, which give the wine its signature chalky, saline minerality. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and older neutral oak barrels to preserve freshness while adding subtle texture. 

Plenty of power and complexity on nose and palate. Certainly one of the more powerful Chablis going around which makes this an absolute wonder. A touch of oak. Rich and luscious palate cut with vibrant citrus acidity and a long, pure finish.
