Sourced from vineyards in the Derwent and Coal River Valleys, this blend of Syrah (66%), Tempranillo (29%), and Riesling (5%) was whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented with natural yeast. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation late in the alcoholic ferment and was matured on lees before being bottled unfined and filtered.
