A fragrant Pinot with violet, cherry and strawberry notes complimented by hints of anise, forest floor and spicy dried herbs. Light in body, the palate has a spice laden flavour profile of dark cherries and strawberries over anise, forest floor and fresh herbs. Supple mouth feel with polished tannins and nicely balanced acidity.
