Crafted in a traditional London Dry style using single-shot distillation, Northern Distilling's Troppo Yuzu Gin is proudly juniper-forward, built on organic Macedonian juniper alongside Australian organic coriander seed, liquorice root, green cardamom, cinnamon, fennel seed, angelica root and orris root, before yuzu takes it somewhere entirely its own.

This was Northern Distilling's first time working with yuzu, and the fruit's intense fragrance called for a careful hand in distilling to let it shine without overpowering the juniper base — the result is a fruit that's hard to pin down, sitting somewhere between mandarin, lime and grapefruit, layered through a classic, well-structured gin.
