A new, topped-up-to-the-brim kettle Sour that's received the full lactose-heavy Pastry-Laden treatment. Starting with an oat-heavy base and a touch of wheat for a full body, Lose My Cool was then double-soured with One Drop's house lacto culture. Then, a brain-melting amount of fresh cherry juice, guava, strawberry purée and dragon fruit pulp was added before rounding it out with stainless conditioning on white and pink marshmallows.
