A lesser known beer from the incredible brewery that is Parish, but one that is one of their best. The recipe is based off the famous dessert. Blueberry Mochi is brewed with rice flakes and lactose to mimic a traditional Japanese Mochi ball stuffed with vanilla ice cream.
