An ultra lean California IPA, dry-hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Rakau, Citra and Centennial. Piney passionfruit and pithy citrus leap out of the glass. Once it hits your lips you’re greeted with some citrus complexity. Think tangerine and grapefruit vibes with some mid palate melon sneaking in there. A nice hit of bitterness comes in late, making this a classic Cali IPA.
