Estate grown grapes and the first vintage from the new vineyard/winery on Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River. Own rooted, organically farmed and dry grown vines. This wine consists of destemmed Sauvignon Blanc (84%) and Shiraz (16%) that start fermenting on skins separately before being combined mid ferment minus the skins.

This result is a fresh and juicy blend with right cherry fruits, red and black, alongside pepper, lemongrass and spice. Vibrant and minerally, perfect with a chill.
