A precise, very fine Riesling, whose animating, open bouquet smells of prickly pear, orange peel and white fruits. On the palate, the Spätlese appears cool, extremely silky, juicy and fresh. Despite the sweetness of the fruit, the Spätlese stays on the dryer side thanks to its firm acidity.
