"Trahere" is Latin for "to draw" or "to pull," representing the winery's drive to move forward and capture the purest expression of the land. It is sourced entirely from the high-density Spedding Vineyard in Main Ridge (sitting 180 meters above sea level on an east-facing slope). It features a deep core of dark and red fruits (like crushed cranberry, spiced black cherry, and red currant) alongside an earthy, savoury backbone, fine tea-like tannins, and subtle cedar. Handpicked, naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured in French oak, and bottled unfined and unfiltered to retain maximum purity and site expression.
