This wine is bright and fresh with lemon, lime, granny smith apple, dried herb and subtle tropical fruit character. It has some structure in the middle palate with good acidity on the finish. A delight to drink now, but also cellar worthy and over time will develop honeyed, toasty and nutty characters while retaining its citrus core.
